Leo F. Flotron III
Leo was an accomplished Mercedes Benz sales consultant for 42 years with Benson Motor Company. He frequently gave sales seminars throughout the U.S. Leo was a beloved mentor and motivator known for his unwavering spirit and for encouraging others to never give up. He was an inspiration to all who knew him with his endless positivity and wisdom. He was a firm believer in the power that the little things in life and small acts of kindness can have the biggest impact. His legacy will live on through the lives he touched and inspired.
Legacy
Leo had the ability to see the best in a process. If there was a misalignment in the flow, he made it better. He constantly continued to improve himself and others around him with his energetic passion. He understood there would be a next time and that the next time could be better than before. TINK. I would have liked to see his reaction to one of his process improvements especially those that took more than two weeks to come to fruition. How many lives did he change? How many did he motivate to do better? How much improvement was there over his life? He just wanted the best for us all. And, he tried to make us see we could be better the best way he knew to show us : with a smile, with honesty, and with a net to be there if we did not meet our goal the first time. TINK.

Leo's methods went coast to coast. You may have heard stories about how he was told "No." and then within two months, the answer was reversed; the stories are all true.
A "No." to Leo was more about understanding why someone felt that something could not be accomplished. There was always a way in his mind. And, he understood the goal had to be a fundamentally positive and add value for the change of mind set to occur.
